Bind this directory to a Noodle Seed Cloud deploy target (org/app/env).

Options

• --org <slug> — Organization slug. (required)
• --app <slug> — Application slug. (required)
• --env <slug> — Environment slug.
• --service <url> — Control-plane service URL.
• --access owner-only|org-members|authenticated|public|mixed|customers — Hosted MCP access policy.
• --entrypoint <path> — Authored server entrypoint to save.
• --save local|project — Configuration scope for the saved link. (default local)
